Barely awake, feel the ache in your belly…Making your way, while keeping the pace steady…Break of the day, blatantly ain’t ready…Craving some space, while caged in with too many…Waste and decay, as the brain’s getting heavy…Wait for the train, the delays make you leggy…Patiently fade, many frayed getting edgy…Staving off rage, so their state isn’t deadly…Felt the distance increase but there wasn't movement…As if pulled by a string in a lost illusion…Heard a low chopping sound and some gusts of wind…Treasure chest was found, figures rushing in…The distance so quickly grew further…Many heard the cursing of blue murder…Sight blinded from all the glory…No bigger picture, a smaller story…The Threat Will Come Apart…We don't know when the explosion will begin…And weren't told who's holding in the pin…Before flames are lit it smolders within…As smoke slowly blows out to the wind…Flakes of white ash leftover memories…Stains remain ‘til they're washed away eventually…Careless fuel can re-ignite it vengefully…Given air and space it needs to freshly breathe……
